摘 要:按SITC2位数分类,选取61类安徽出口产品,运用RCA和RSCA指数分析安徽出口产品比较优势动态,得出:近20年来,安徽出口产品比较优势有一定程度变化,但初级产品与工业制成品变化不一致。初级产品比较优势分布呈现“优势变弱、劣势变强”的不利局面,工业制成品则有“劣势变轻,优势变强”的积极信号。产品比较优势类别依然单一特征没有变化。需要实施基于比较优势为基准的分类出口战略。According to SITC 2-digit classification,61 categories of Anhui export products are selected.RCA and RSCA indices are used to analyze the comparative advantage dynamics of Anhui export products.It is concluded that the comparative advantage of Anhui export products has changed to some extent in the past 20 years,but the changes of primary products and manufactured products are inconsistent.The distribution of comparative advantages of primary products presents a disadvantageous situation of“weakening the advantages and strengthening the disadvantages”,while industrial manufactured products have a positive signal of“weakening the disadvantages and strengthening the advantages”.The category of product comparative advantage is still single and unchanged.Classified export strategy based on comparative advantage needs to be implemented.
