摘 要:为探讨小麦及其山羊草祖先在响应动物采食方面的差异,选取3种四倍体小麦及其二倍体祖先物种为实验材料,采用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)处理,模拟动物口液,进行了细胞氧化相关指标的测定.结果表明:在二倍体水平上小麦和山羊草对动物采食的响应差异显著,动物采食对小麦基本不产生影响,但山羊草表现出大量且迅速的响应.在四倍体小麦中,栽培四倍体与人工合成四倍体在细胞氧化方面显示了极大的差异,人工驯化以及之后的人工选择影响了小麦对动物采食的响应.In order to investigate the differences between the diploid ancestors of tetraploid wheat in response to animal feeding,three tetraploid wheat cultivars or accessions and their diploid ancestor species were selected as experimental materials in this study.BSA treatment which was used for mimicanimal feeding was used and the relative indexes of cell oxidation were determined.The results showed that there was a significant difference between in the responses to BSA treatment,and hencepresumably to animal feeding,between wheat and Aegilops at the diploid level.For wheat,little effect by the treatment was instigated while the Aegilops species showed a clearand rapid response.At the tetraploid level,the difference between cultured tetraploid and synthetic tetraploid in the aspect of cell oxidation was significant,which suggest that domesticationand evolution under human cultivation have impacted the response to animal feeding in tetraploid wheat.
