摘　　要：简要阐述了PX吸附分离装置吸附塔模拟移动床分区及区域流量特性,分析了泵送环路流量调节阀的重要性及工艺对此调节阀的特殊要求,采用了一种特殊设计的双流量特性曲线,其稳定性和耐磨性得到改善,提出了适合工艺要求的调节阀选型方案,并以此方案制造的泵送环路调节阀实际应用于某炼化厂PX吸附分离装置,介绍了该类型调节阀应用于此工况的适用性及优势。This paper briefly introduces the zoning and regional flow characteristics of simulated moving bed in the adsorption tower of PX adsorption separation unit,analyzes the importance of flow control valve in pumping loop and the specific requirements of the process for this valve,and proposes a specially designed double flow characteristic curve and a type selection scheme of the control valve with higher stability and wear resistance.The practical application effect of the pumping loop control valve manufactured using this scheme in the PX adsorption separation unit of a refining and petrochemical plant verifies the applicability and advantages of this type of control valve under this working condition.
