摘 要:依托某环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EO/EG)装置转产改造项目,首次实现了通过新增环氧乙烷(EO)精制系统与原EO精制系统串联操作,使反应器当量环氧乙烷(EOE)能力的80%以上用于生产精制环氧乙烷(PEO)产品,实现乙二醇转产环氧乙烷。新增EO精制塔采用新型高效塔盘以满足扩能需求,采用优化的加热控制系统适应更宽的进料组成,并开发了集成的排醛系统以控制新增EO精制塔产品中的醛含量。Relying on a transformation project of EO/EG unit,a new ethylene oxide(EO)purification system was installed to operate with the existing one in series,so that over 80%of the EOE(ethylene oxide equivalent)capacity of the reactor could be used for PEO production,thus switching EG production to PEO production for the first time.High efficiency trays were installed in the new EO column to meet the requirements of capacity expansion,the heating control system was optimized to adapt to the more complicated feed composition,and an integrated aldehyde removal system was developed to control the aldehyde concentration in the new EO column.
