摘 要:中厚板是国民经济发展的重要原材料。随着市场对中厚板的规格和性能质量等方面提出的更高要求,厚规格钢板生产存在的问题和困难更加凸显。文章基于某钢厂轧机前后两段机架间冷却设备,研究分析了机架间冷却自动化系统的控制逻辑及模型工艺,通过将进行机架间冷却的钢板与之前未中间冷却生产的钢板进行对比,发现机架间冷却可有效减少待温时间,提高了生产效率。Steel plates are the important raw materials for the development of national economy.The problems and difficulties in the production of thick steel plates are more prominent with the higher requirements of the market for the specifications and performance quality of the plate.In this paper,the control logic and model technology of the automatic cooling system are studied and analyzed based on the cooling equipment before and after the mill of a steel mill.By comparing the steel plate with the steel plate which had not been produced before,it is shown that the cooling between frames can effectively reduce the waiting time and improve the production efficiency.
