摘　　要：百日咳综合征又称“类百日咳”,是由除百日咳杆菌以外的其他病原微生物感染所致,其中最常见的是腺病毒,此外尚有呼吸道合胞病毒、肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体、巨细胞病毒等,抑或是病毒与细菌混合感染。了解类百日咳的临床表现及发病特点有助于提高该病的ICD编码的准确性。本文对百日咳与百日咳综合征的诊断标准、临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查等进行分析,总结类百日咳的ICD-10编码。旨在提高ICD编码质量,满足临床的科研、教学和检索需求。Pertussis syndrome,also known as"pertussis-like",is caused by infections with pathogenic microorganisms other than pertussis bacillus,the most common of which is adenovirus,and there are also respiratory syncytial virus,mycoplasma pneumoniae,chlamydia pneumoniae,cytomegalovirus Wait,or a mixed infection of viruses and bacteria.Understanding the clinical manifestations and onset characteristics of whooping cough can help improve the accuracy of the ICD code for the disease.This article analyzes the diagnostic criteria,clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,and imaging studies of pertussis and whooping cough syndrome,and summarizes the ICD-10 codes for pertussis.It aims to improve the quality of ICD codes and meet the needs of clinical research,teaching and retrieval.
