摘　　要：慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)是一种异质性的鼻腔炎及鼻窦黏膜慢性炎症引起的疾病,其中引起炎症的因子及其发生机制复杂,根据鼻窦黏膜组织嗜酸性粒细胞增多的严重程度大致可分为嗜酸粒细胞性鼻息肉和非嗜酸粒细胞性鼻息肉,两者的炎症因子机制和治疗预后存在明显的差异。本文基于国内外对CRSwNP潜在的相关炎症因子的研究成果,总结了两类主要影响CRSwNP的潜在相关异质性炎症因子及其现有的相关靶点治疗药物,以期为此类疾病的研究工作提供参考。Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP)is a disease caused by heterogeneous rhinitis and chronic inflammation of the sinus mucosa.The factors that cause inflammation are complicated and their mechanisms are complex.Severity can be roughly divided into eosinophilic nasal polyps and non-eosinophilic nasal polyps.There is a significant difference in the mechanisms of inflammatory factors and prognosis of the two.Based on the research results of CRSwNP potential related inflammatory factors at home and abroad,this paper summarizes two types of potentially related heterogeneous inflammatory factors that mainly affect CRSwNP and their existing related target therapeutic drugs,with a view to providing research work for such diseases reference.
