摘　　要：慢性鼻窦炎是耳鼻喉科常见疾病,若治疗不及时或不彻底,可能引发嗅觉减退、头部慢性钝痛、视力障碍等一系列并发症,严重影响患者正常生活。慢性鼻窦炎治疗方法较多,现阶段慢性鼻窦炎治疗方法主要包括抗生素治疗、糖皮质激素治疗、组胺治疗、中药治疗、微波透热理疗等保守疗法,以及鼻内镜鼻窦手术、鼻内镜联合柯陆手术、鼻内镜联合鼻甲射频消融术等外科手术疗法,本文就上述治疗方法进行综述,以期为临床应用提供一定参考。Chronic rhinosinusitis is a common disease in the otolaryngology department.If it is not treated promptly or incompletely,it may cause a series of complications such as hyposmia,chronic dull head pain,and visual impairment,which seriously affect the normal life of patients.With the continuous in-depth study of the disease,there are more treatment methods for chronic sinusitis.At present,chronic sinusitis treatment methods mainly include conservative treatments such as antibiotic treatment,glucocorticoid treatment,histamine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,microwave diathermy physiotherapy,and Nasal endoscopic sinus surgery,nasal endoscope combined with Kelu surgery,nasal endoscope combined with turbinate radiofrequency ablation and other surgical treatments,this article reviews the above treatment methods,in order to provide a certain reference for clinical application.
