中俄赫哲语濒危状况对比研究——兼论跨境濒危语言保护的启示

摘　　要：论文对中俄赫哲语濒的危状况进行对比研究,认为跨境两地的赫哲语的现状及保护状况,既有共性也有差异,其成因除了民族人口基数小、族际通婚普遍、居住环境变化外,还受国家语言文字政策方针的制约。同时,认为两地赫哲语出现不同程度的濒危,语言保护势在必行,而加强跨境赫哲人的交往、处理好两地语言的互补和谐的关系,有助于濒危语言的保护和"一带一路"战略语言服务质量的提升。Based on the comparative study of the endangered conditions of Sino-Russian Hezhen, this paper believes that the use and preservation of Hezhen in cross-border places have both commonalities and differences. The causes are not only ethnic population, inter-ethnic marriage, living environment changes, but also subject to national language policy guidelines. It is 同时 believed that Hezhen in different places is endangered to varying degrees, and language protection is imperative. Strengthening the cross-border Hezhen people’s communication and handling the complementary and harmonious relationship between the two languages will help protect the endangered language and the " Belt and Road". "The improvement of the quality of strategic language services.
