摘  要:设计并搭建了挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)动力特性识别试验台,对试验台各系统的组成和功能进行阐述,分析试验台的动力学特性.在此基础上提出一套可行的油膜动力特性系数的计算方法,测量了试验台的系统刚度和阻尼,研究了进动频率对挤压油膜阻尼器阻尼特性的影响规律.分析发现,油膜的阻尼系数不随涡动频率变化.该结果与经典短轴承假设相符,证明该试验台在识别挤压油膜阻尼器动力特性系数方面是高度可靠的.A test-bed for identifying the dynamic characteristics of squeeze film damper(SFD) was designed and built, and the composition and function of each system of the test-bed were described, and the dynamic characteristics of the test-bed were analyzed. On this basis, a feasible method for calculating the dynamic coefficients of oil film was proposed, and the system stiffness and damping of the test bed were measured. The influence of precession frequency on the damping characteristics of SFD was studied. It is found that the damping coefficient of the oil film does not change with the vortex frequency. The results are in agreements with the classical short bearing hypothesis, which proves that the test-bed is highly reliable in identifying the dynamic characteristic coefficient of the SFD.
