摘 要:针对传统结构的统一电能质量控制器(UPQC)难以适应高电压网络的问题,提出了一种新型UPQC的拓扑结构及其控制方法。晶闸管控制电抗器与补偿电容器并联后经TCLC接入电网与并联侧有源部分之间。通过控制TCLC的等效阻抗,实现并联侧的无功补偿和有功功率平衡;并联侧有源部分只需要补偿谐波分量。最后通过仿真算例验证所提控制器结构的正确性和有效性,仿真结果表明该结构能够大幅降低并联侧有源逆变器部分的容量,有源部分工作电压等级下降,降低了对开关管的要求和运行时的损耗,削减了装置的制造和运行成本。Aiming at the problem that traditional UPQC(Unified Power Quality Controller)is difficult to adapt to high voltage network,a novel topology and control method of UPQC are proposed.The thyristor control reactor in parallel with capacitor are connected between the grid and the active part of the parallel side through TCLC(Thyristor-Controlled LC-coupling).By controlling the equivalent impedance of TCLC,reactive power is compensated and active power is balanced on the parallel side.The active part of the parallel side only needs to compensate the harmonic component.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed UPQC structure are verified by simulation examples.The simulative results show that the proposed structure can greatly reduce the capacity of the active inverter on the parallel side,the working voltage level of the active side,the requirements of the switch tube,the loss during operation,and the manufacturing and operation costs of the device.
