摘　　要：目的探讨优化流程联合细节管理在手术麻醉中心药品管理中的效果。方法组建流程管理小组,对手术麻醉中心药品管理现状进行调查,分析存在的关键问题,对原有管理方式实施优化流程联合细节管理。比较实施优化流程联合细节管理前后麻醉医师工作效率、满意度、安全隐患发生率的差异。结果实施优化流程联合细节管理后,麻醉医师工作效率及满意度均较实施前高(均P<0.001);麻醉医师取错药、用错药发生率均较实施前低(均P<0.001),其隐患经核查均得到避免。结论优化流程联合细节管理可帮助手术麻醉中心管理者找出药品管理中存在的问题,对药品管理的流程进行优化,确保了麻醉药品使用的安全性、高效性和准确性。Objective To explore the effect of optimized process management on drug management in the surgical anesthesia center.Methods A process management group was established to investigate the current situations of drug management in the surgical anesthesia center,analyze the major problems and optimize the management process.The anesthesiologists'work efficiency,satisfaction degree,and the incidence of safety risks were compared before and after the process improvement.Result After the optimization,the work efficiency and satisfaction of the anesthesiologists were significantly improved(P<0.001)and the incidences of mistaken taking and use of drugs were both significantly lowered(P<0.001).Conclusions By optimizing the process management,the problems in the drug management process are found out,and the safety,efficiency and accuracy of the use of narcotic drugs are all improved.
