南京市集聚全球创新资源现状及建议

摘　　要：创新是一个城市在激烈的竞争环境中实现脱坡的重要途径。地方性创新的成功在于突破地方性限制,集聚全球创新资源。全球创新资源是"全球"与"创新资源"的融合。它要求在立足本土性和地方性的基础上,充分吸收全球优质创新资源。近年来,南京市正全力建设创新名城,在集聚全球创新资源方面做出了许多的努力,卓有成效。为了给南京市建立创新名城提供建设性意见,文章首先介绍了南京市集聚全球创新资源的现状,然后分析了南京市集聚全球创新资源的面临的挑战,最后提出了南京市集聚全球创新资源相关的思考与建议。Innovation is an important way for a city to be the winner of the competition. The success of local innovation lies in breaking through the restrictions and gathering global innovation resources. Global innovation resources are the integration of"global"and"innovation resources". It requires to fully absorb global high-quality innovation resources on the basis of localization. In recent years, Nanjing is making great efforts to build a famous innovation city, and has made many efforts in gathering global innovation resources, which has been fruitful. In order to provide constructive suggestions for Nanjing to build a famous innovation city, this paper introduces the current situation of Nanjing gathering global innovation resources, then analyzes the challenges faced by Nanjing, and finally puts forward some relevant thoughts and suggestionsongatheringglobalinnovationresourcesinNanjing.
