摘　　要：目的探讨直肠海绵状血管瘤的MRI表现特征。方法搜集经手术及病理证实为直肠海绵状血管瘤患者8例,均行MRI平扫与动态增强扫描,回顾性分析直肠海绵状血管瘤的MRI表现。结果8例均表现为直肠壁明显增厚,黏膜下层增厚为著,肠壁外缘不光滑,可呈“细毛刷”样改变。增厚肠壁T2WI及抑脂(FS)-T2WI呈显著高信号。7例直肠系膜内可见迂曲条索状信号,T2WI呈等信号,FS-T2WI呈高信号,直肠系膜呈明显不均质改变。所有病灶动态增强扫描呈进行性强化。1例病灶内可见多发结节状低信号无强化静脉石。结论直肠海绵状血管瘤MRI表现具有特异性。Objective To explore the MRI features of rectal cavernous hemangioma.Methods Eight cases of rectal-cavernous hemangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected.All patients underwent non-enhanced and dynam-ic enhanced MRI scanning,The MRI manifestations of rectal cavernous hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed.Results In all cases,the rectal wall was markedly thickened,the submucosa was markedly thickened,and the outer edge of the rectal wall was not smooth,which could be changed as“fine brush”.The thickened rectal wall showed significant hyperin-tense signal on T2WI and FS-T2WI.In sevencases,mesorectal fascia was markedly heterogeneous,containing serpiginous structures with an iso-signal on T2WI and high signal on FS-T2WI.All cases showed progressive enhancement on dynamic enhanced scanning.one case show multiple low-signal nodular phlebotoms without enhancement.Conclusion MRI mani-festations of rectal cavernous hemangioma are specific.
