摘　　要：为了解决核级泵内六角螺钉防松措施可靠性差的问题,提高其长期运行的安全性与可靠性,提出了一种专用内六角螺钉防松锁紧垫片,介绍了该专用垫片的结构,确定了垫片的冲压工艺方案,并对其折弯工艺进行了工艺计算,设计了该专用垫片的折弯成形模具。对该锁紧垫片进行CAE仿真模拟,得到的材料成形极限图表明其成形过程主要以拉-压为主应变的"收"的变形方式,该垫片的弯曲变形为安全变形,故可以一次弯曲成形。进而设计了该垫片的专用锁紧与拆装工具,且通过试验验证了该垫片的可行性,其提高了螺钉防松的可靠性。本垫片可以推广应用于其他军用或民用等高可靠性内六角螺栓的锁紧与紧固。In order to solve the poor reliability problem of loose control for inner hexagon screw in nuclear pump and improve the safety and reliability in a long-term operation,a special locking gasket for inner hexagon screw was presented,and the structure of the locking gasket was introduced. Then,the stamping process scheme was confirmed,the bending process was designed and calculated,and the bending die of the locking gasket was designed. Furthermore,the bending simulation for the locking gasket was carried out by CAE. And the obtained material forming limit diagram shows that the forming process is mainly a‘retracting’deformation mode in which the tensioncompression was the main strain. Therefore,the bending deformation of the locking gasket is safety,and the locking gasket can be bended by one step. In addition,the fastening and disassembling tools of the locking gasket were designed,and the feasibility of the locking gasket was verified by the experiment so as to improve the reliability of loose control by screws. Thus,the locking gasket can be widely applied to lock and tighten the high-reliability inner hexagon screw for military or civil.
