摘  要:采用液态模锻工艺,对Al-10Si-0. 8Ti-0. 5In新型铝合金机械端盖件进行了成形,并对不同浇注温度和压力下成形件的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:随着浇注温度的升高和压力的增大,试样的磨损体积和单位面积质量损失量先逐渐减小再缓慢增大;与640℃浇注温度相比,680℃浇注时,试样的磨损体积和单位面积质量损失量分别减小了46. 88%和46. 15%;与150 k N压力相比,300 k N压力下,试样的磨损体积和单位面积质量损失量分别减小了48. 88%和53. 33%。Al-10Si-0. 8Ti-0. 5In新型铝合金机械端盖件试样的液态模锻工艺参数优选为:浇注温度为680℃、压力为300 kN。A mechanical end cover of new aluminium alloy Al-10 Si-0. 8 Ti-0. 5 In was formed by liquid die forging process,and the wear resistance property and corrosion resistance property of formed parts were tested and analyzed under different pouring temperatures and pressures. The results show that with the increasing of pouring temperature and pressure,the wear volume and the mass loss per unit area of sample decrease first and then increase slowly. Compared with the pouring temperature of 640 ℃,the wear volume and the mass loss per unit area of sample decrease by 46. 88% and 46. 15% respectively at the pouring temperature of 680 ℃,and compared with the pressure of 150 k N,the wear volume and the mass loss per unit area of sample decrease by 48. 88% and 53. 33% respectively under the pressure of 300 k N. Thus,the liquid die forging process parameters of mechanical end cover sample for new aluminum alloy Al-10 Si-0. 8 Ti-0. 5 In were optimized with the pouring temperature of 680 ℃ and the pressure of 300 k N.
