摘　　要：目的分析2009-2018年泰州市麻疹流行病学特征,为控制消除麻疹提供参考。方法对全市报告的确诊麻疹病例数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2009-2018年全市报告麻疹病例330例,报告发病率为0.04~5.22/10万。以3-5月为发病季节高峰。城区4个区报告麻疹病例218例(占全市66.16%),3个市报告例112例(占全市33.84%)。麻疹病例中,男女比例为1.06∶1。麻疹发病以本地人群为主,主要集中在20岁以上成人和5岁以下儿童。发病人群以农民、散居儿童、工人等为主,占全部发病例数的83.33%。在330例麻疹病例中,MCV无免疫史者和免疫史不详者占88.79%。结论为了控制消除麻疹,需要根据我市麻疹流行病学特点,尤其是麻疹病例地区与年龄分布特征,有针对性地采取策略与措施。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Taizhou City from 2009 to 2018,and to provide reference for the control and elimination of measles.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on the data of confirmed measles cases reported by the city.Results The city reported 330 cases of measles from 2009 to 2018,and the reported incidence rate was 0.04-5.22/100,000.March to May was took as the peak season of the disease.In the four districts of the city,218 cases of measles were reported(66.16% of the city),and 112 cases were reported in 3 cities(33.84% of the city).In the case of measles,the ratio of male to female was 1.06:1.The incidence of measles were mainly local population,concentrated in adults over 20 years old and children under 5 years old.The affected population accounting for 83.33% of all cases were mainly farmers,scattered children and workers.Among the 330 cases of measles,those with no history of MCV and no history of immunization accounted for 88.79%.Conclusion In order to control and eliminate measles,it is necessary to take targeted strategies and measures according to the epidemiological characteristics of measles in the city,especially the measles case area and age distribution characteristics.
