摘 要:为了防止傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱仪在车载运动过程中产生的振动对光谱仪造成不良影响,保证光谱仪的信噪比及测量精度,采用角镜式干涉仪结构与单自由度减振系统相结合的FTIR光谱仪系统来提高仪器抗振性能.对FTIR光谱仪系统进行了几组桌面振动测试实验,验证了角镜式结构具有一定抗振性能,其中单自由度减振系统对系统抗振性能有明显提高.最后,进行了FTIR光谱仪系统车载实验,结果表明运动中测量的光谱平均信噪比达到静止过程中平均信噪比的94%,整机系统能够在移动平台上平稳运行,具有良好的抗振性,为FTIR光谱仪的车载运行检测提供了应用条件.In order to prevent the negative efFect of vibration of vehicle-mounted Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer produced in the process of movement on the FTIR spectrometer,and ensure signalto-noise rate and measurement accuracy of the spectrometer,a FTIR spectrometer system combining a st rue ture of angle mirror and a damping system with single degree of freedom is designed to increase the anti-vibration performance of the spectrome ter.A series of test experiments about desk top vibration are conducted to validate the good anti-vibration performance of swing angle mirror structure,which proves that damping system of single degree of freedom could significantly increase the anti-vibration performance of spectrometer.Finally,experiments on vehicle・mounted FTIR spectrometer are carried out.Results show that the mean signal-to-noise rate of the spectmm measured in the process of movement reached 94% of that in the static process.The designed system can run smoothly in mobile platform,which has good anti-vibration performance and can provide application conditions for vehicle-mounted monitoring of FTIR spectrometer.
