摘　　要：为纪念江苏省图书馆学会成立四十周年,进一步加强图书馆学理论方法与事业实践研究,交流学术思想,营造浓厚学术氛围,推进新时代江苏省图书馆情报事业的新发展,江苏省图书馆学会于2019年10月22至25日在徐州工程学院召开"江苏省图书馆学会2018-2019学术年会暨成立四十周年学术研讨会"。论文从图书馆事业发展、图书馆服务发展、公共文化发展等方面对本次学术年会的征文进行述评,并对江苏省图书馆事业的发展进行展望。In order to commemorate the 40 th anniversary of the establishment of Jiangsu Library Association, and further strengthen the theoretical and practical research of library science, exchange academic ideas, create a strong academic atmosphere and promote the new development of Jiangsu library and information industry in the new era, Jiangsu Library Association held the "2018-2019 Jiangsu Library Association Academic Meeting and the 40 th Anniversary Academic Symposium" at Xuzhou University of Technology during October 22-25, 2019. The study reviews the papers of this academic meeting from the aspects of library development, the development of library services and public culture, and makes a prospect for the development of library in Jiangsu Province.
