参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢型心律失常的效果

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢型心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法选择2017年8月~2019年1月我院接收的80例缓慢型心律失常患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规疗法,观察组采用参松养心胶囊治疗,比较两组24 h心率、最长R-R间期及24 h总心搏数、临床疗效、不良反应及预后情况。结果治疗后观察组24 h心率、24 h总心搏数高于对照组,最长R-R间期低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组行心脏起搏器率及死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢型心律失常临床效果较好,可有效改善患者心功能,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule in treating patients with chronic arrhythmia.Methods 80 patients with bradyarrhythmias received in our hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases each.The treatment ofShensong Yangxin Capsule was used to compare the 24h heart rate,the longest R-R interval,and the 24htotal heart rate,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and follow-up.Results After treatment,the 24-hour heart rate and 24 h total heart rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the longest R-R interval was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than the 85.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than the 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pacemaker rate and mortality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsule has good clinical effect in treating chronic arrhythmia,it can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of application.
