加味八正散治疗湿热下注型糖尿病神经性膀胱的效果

摘　　要：目的观察加味八正散治疗湿热下注型糖尿病神经性膀胱排尿功能的效果。方法选择2012年6月~2018年12月我院收治的湿热下注型糖尿病神经性膀胱患者73例。按照随机数字表法分为实验组(39例)和对照组(34例)。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予加味八正散治疗。比较两组临床治疗总有效率,治疗前后尿动力学指标水平。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率为74.36%,高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后残余尿量、最大膀胱测压容积下降,平均尿流速和逼尿肌肌力增加,膀胱顺应性改善,且实验组各项指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味八正散可改善湿热下注型糖尿病神经性膀胱的尿流动力学指标,减轻患者的排尿功能异常。Objective To observe the effect of Jiaweibazheng powder on the urinary function of diabetes neurogenic bladder caused by damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.Methods 73 patients with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome diabetes neurogenic bladder treated in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into experimental group(39 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group was given routine treatments.The experimental group was given Jiaweibazheng powder on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the level of urodynamic indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 74.36%,which was higher than the 50.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the residual urine volume and maximum bladder manometry volume decreased,mean urine flow rate and detrusor muscle strength increased,and bladder compliance improved.The improvement of all indicators in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaweibazheng powder can improve the urodynamic parameters of diabetes neurogenic bladder and reduce the abnormal urination function of patients.
