摘  要:为推动节能减排工作的实施,控制发电企业经营成本,针对北京巴威公司660 MW“W”型火焰锅炉设计结构特点,结合该炉型已成功应用的燃用不同煤种的案例,某厂通过冷态启动燃用设计煤种和燃用烟煤的对比研究,得出机组冷态启动过程中,当B、E磨煤机掺配100%烟煤,采用烟煤启动时,若采取有效控制措施,启动油耗、煤耗均能降低,燃料成本节约可观。In order to promote the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction to control the operating cost of power generation enterprises,based on the characteristics of the design structure of the 660MW W flame boiler produced by Beijing Bawei Company as well as successful cases of burning different types of coal in it,this paper introduces the comparative study on the designed type of coal and the bituminous coal in the cold start-up.The result shows that effective control measures can be taken to reduce the start-up fuel consumption and coal consumption to considerably save the fuel cost when 100%percent of bituminous coal is mixed in B and E coal mills during the process of the cold start-up of the unit.
