摘　　要：基于创业学习理论,探讨了创业者心智模式对企业绩效的影响机制,并检验了环境动态性在其中所起的作用。通过对271位创业者的数据进行相关性、层级回归等分析,研究发现:创业者先验知识、信念系统与企业绩效呈正相关;利用型学习在创业者先验知识对企业绩效的影响中起中介作用;同时,环境动态性在创业者先验知识对企业绩效关系中起调节作用。Based on the entrepreneurial learning theory,the present study discussed the influencing mechanism of entrepreneur’s mental model on business performance,and tested the role of environmental dynamics.Interview and questionnaire data from a total of 271 entrepreneurs showed a direct impact of entrepreneurs’prior knowledge and belief system on enterprise performance.Utilization learning played an intermediary role in the influence of entrepreneurs’prior knowledge on enterprise performance.Environmental dynamics played a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurs’prior knowledge and enterprise performance.
