摘　　要：介绍了新型蓄热式燃烧器的工作原理、特点及其PLC燃烧电气控制系统,结合在锡冶金企业生产应用实践,针对运行中出现的有关故障类型给出了相应的排除方法,并对存在的问题提出了改进建议。本系统实现了一键点火自动运行,操作方便,运行可靠,减少了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,减少了氮氧化物的排放量,实现了清洁生产,达到了节能减排的目的。This paper introduces the working principle,characteristics and PLC combustion control system of the new type regenerative burner.Combined with the production and application practice in tin metallurgical enterprises,the corresponding troubleshooting methods are given for the relevant fault types in operation,and the improvement suggestions are put forward for the existing problems.The system realizes the automatic operation of one key ignition,convenient operation,reliable operation,reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves production efficiency,reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides,realizes clean production,and achieves the purpose of emission reduction.
