摘　　要：铁路工程施工招标预算中不含甲供物资费用,在编制招标预算时如何正确扣除甲供材料费用,对于合理界定承发包双方费用归属具有重要意义。针对编制四电工程施工招标预算过程中存在的问题进行分析和探讨,提出施工招标预算中四电甲供材料计算方法。Railway construction bidding budget does not include the cost of materials supplied by proprietor,so how to deduct this part materials cost correctly in the compilation of bidding budget is of great significance to reasonably define the cost division both parties. The problems existing in the compilation of construction bidding budget are analyzed in this paper. The relative countermeasures to calculate the cost of materials supplied by proprietor reasonably in the bidding budget are put forward.
