摘　　要：专科临床能力评价是实现医院战略目标、体现医院水平的核心手段。作者重点介绍了一套基于C-DRG综合信息平台数据资源的专科临床能力评价的指标体系。通过利用此指标体系对深圳市部分三级公立医院的专科临床能力进行评价后发现,其分析结果与实际情况符合度很高。此指标体系为各级卫生行业管理部门、医院管理者及学科带头人进行专科建设管理提供了量化且相对客观的考核依据,也提示了专科建设努力的方向。The assessment of clinical specialty capacity is the core measure for achieving the hospital*s strategic objective and reflecting their medical levels.Based on the data resources of the C-DRG comprehensive information platform,it mainly introduces a set of index system for the evaluation of specialist clinical capacity.By using the index system to evaluate the clinical capacity of some tertiary public hospitals in Shenzhen,it finds that the analysis results are highly consistent with the actual situation.The system provides a quantitative and relatively objective assessment basis for the management of various levels of health administration,hospital managers and discipline leaders,and also suggests the future effort direction of the specialty developments.
