摘 要:目的探讨MRI显示活体腹腔神经节的能力,并总结正常腹腔神经节的MRI表现。方法以上腹部CT图像作为参照,回顾性分析83例无腹腔神经节相关病变患者的上腹部MRI平扫图像。在3.0 T MR横断面上对腹腔神经节进行观察,记录其位置、形态,采用卡方检验比较左、右两侧腹腔神经节的显示情况,采用独立样本t检验比较左、右两侧腹腔神经节的大小,以及左侧腹腔神经节和左侧肾上腺间各信号值。结果 83例患者中左侧腹腔神经节的显示率为84.34%(70/83),高于右侧的75.90%(63/83),但差异没有统计学意义(χ2=3.113,P=0.211)。双侧腹腔神经节均位于腹腔干及肠系膜上动脉之间水平,形态以长条状居多(72.93%,97/133)。双侧腹腔神经节的长径相似(t=0.050,P=0.960),但左侧腹腔神经节的短径显著大于右侧(t=-3.098,P=0.002)。在脂肪抑制T2WI上,左侧腹腔神经节的信噪比(SNR)显著高于左侧肾上腺(t=2.635,P=0.009)。左侧腹腔神经节的表观扩散系数(ADC)显著高于左侧肾上腺(t=5.925,P<0.001)。结论活体中3.0 T磁共振横断面能较好地显示腹腔神经节的位置、大小、形态、信号特征及其与周围其他组织结构的关系。Objective To investigate the ability of MR imaging to display the celiac ganglia in vivo,and summarize the MR imaging findings ofnormal celiac ganglia. Methods A total of 83 patients without abdominal diseases that may potentially involve celiac ganglia were included in this study. The abdominal CT images were used as a reference for the retrospective analysis of the abdominal MR imaging. The celiac ganglia were observed on axial images of 3.0 T MR,and its location and morphology was recorded. The displaying rate of celiac ganglia was compared by χ~2 test. The size of each celiac ganglion and the signals of left celiac ganglion and left adrenal gland were measured and compared by independent sample t test. Results In 83 patients,the displaying rate of left celiac ganglion(84.34%,70/83) was higher than that of right celiac ganglion(75.90%,63/83),but there was no significant statistical difference(χ~2=3.113,P=0.211). Bilateral celiac ganglia were all located between the celiac trunk and the superior mesenteric artery. The celiac ganglia more likely showed strip shape(72.93%,97/133).The long diameters of the bilateral celiac ganglia were similar(t=0.050,P=0. 960),but the short diameter of left celiac ganglia was larger than that of right celiac ganglia( t =-3. 098,P = 0. 002).There were statistically significant differences of signal noise ratio between left celiac ganglion and left adrenal gland( t =2. 635,P = 0. 009) at T2-weighted imaging. Apparent diffusion coefficient value of left celiac ganglion was significantly higher than that of left adrenal gland( t = 5. 925,P < 0. 001). Conclusion 3. 0 T MR is capable of assessing the location,morphology,size and signal characteristics of celiac ganglia in vivo.
