新中国70年新疆基础美术教育发展历程研究

摘　　要：新中国成立70年以来,党和国家高度重视发展新疆教育事业,在政策投入、师资配置、基础设施建设等方面都予以优先安排和倾斜。在这一背景下,新疆基础美术教育得到了空前发展。70年来我国新疆基础美术教育的发展大致可以分为“起步与探索”、“恢复与建设”、“改革与推进”、“深化与繁荣”4个阶段。本文通过对每个阶段出台的政策方针与历史背景的剖析,总结出新疆基础美术教育取得的成功经验,分析发展中出现的现实问题,以期推进新疆基础美术教育的发展。Since the founding of new China,the Party and government have attached great importance to the development of education in Sinkiang,giving priority and preference to policy support,faculty allocation and infrastructure construction.In this context,the elementary fine arts education in Sinkiang has achieved an unprecedented development.Looking back the past 70 years,the development of the elementary education of fine arts in Sinkiang can be roughly divided into continuous stages as follows:starting and exploring,recovery and construction,reform and promotion,deepening and prosperity.By analyzing the policies and historical background of each stage,this paper summarizes the successful experience of elementary fine arts education in Sinkiang,and analyzes the realistic problems in its development,so as to promote the further improvement.
