摘 要:本文对粉末压片-X荧光光谱法用于测定有机肥中的全磷全钾含量的可行性进行了研究。研究结果表明,粉末压片-X荧光光谱法测定有机肥全磷含量的精密度(RSD)为2.0%~9.0%,全钾精密度(RSD)为0.9%~1.8%;方法检出限全磷为0.6mg kg^-1,全钾为0.5 mg kg^-1;测定范围全磷为0.00262%~1.27%,全钾为0.00305%~6.21%。这一检测精度能够满足"有机肥农业标准NY525-2012"规定的质量要求。与"有机肥农业标准NY525-2012"规定的方法相比,本方法测定结果数据一致性好、精密度高、可靠,操作简便、省时、成本低,环境污染风险小。本法适用于以畜禽粪便、动植物残体为原料、发酵腐熟制成的有机肥料的检测,而用于绿肥、农家肥和其他有机粪肥的效果较差。In order to analyze the contents of total phosphorus(TP) and potassium(TK) in organic fertilizer quickly,accurately and effectively, to serve fertility evaluation better, and to gradually change from normal agriculture to ecological agriculture, the contents of TP and TK in organic fertilizers were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF) with powder pellet technique. The results showed that the degree of precision(RSD) for TP and TK was 2.0%-9.0% and 0.9%-1.8%, respectively. The detection limit for TP and TK was 0.6 mg kg^-1 and 0.5 mg kg^-1, respectively. The determination range of TP and TK was 0.00262%-1.27% and 0.00305%-6.21%,respectively. The determined results by XRF method met the requirement of specifications. Comparing with NY525-2012, the XRF method showed the better consistency and reliability. The XRF method fully solved the problems of complicated operation, long determination period, poor precision, high detection limit, high cost and environmental pollution. It was worth studying and learning, and had certain application and popularization values. The XRF method was applicable to organic fertilizers made from livestock and poultry manure, animal and plant residues and waste materials fermented and decomposed animal and plant products. It was not suitable for green manure, farm manure and other organic manure manufactured by farmers themselves, and needed further research and verification.
