工业厂房直立锁缝式钢结构屋面大面积修复施工技术

摘　　要：结合ABB厦门工业中A、工程,借鉴现有台风区城市台风危害及台风案例经验,通过分析工程特点,并合理调整拆装时间、设置“后装带”,形成了直立锁缝式钢结构屋面大面积修复的关键技术。该技术可实现拆装同时进行,降低了安全风险,提高了施工速度,缩短了工期,为今后类似台风区工业厂房项目的修复和改造提供了参考。Combined with ABB Xiamen Industrial Center project,learning lessons from the experience of urban typhoon damages and typhoon cases in typhoon area,the key technology of large area repair of upright lock seam type steel structure roof is formed through analyzing the characteristics of the project,adjusting the disassembly and assembly time reasonably and setting up the"post installation belt".The technology can realize the simultaneous disassembly and assembly,reduce the safety risk,improve the construction speed,shorten the construction period,and provide a reference for the future repair and transformation of similar industrial building projects in typhoon area.
