摘  要:北虹路立交是上海市重大工程之一,它造型复杂、走向多变、施工困难,其中有一段跨河大桥斜跨苏州河的夹角仅30°,为跨径153 m的大型钢箱梁结构。在周边交通、施工用地、航道通行等诸多限制条件下,经过反复研究与模拟分析,推出了一套适用于大型钢结构无障碍吊装施工的悬臂拼装技术,有效地实现了交通不中断、航道不断航、一次安装成功的施工目标,为桥梁施工技术的创新提供了一种新思路。巳eihong Road interchange is one of the major projects in Shanghai.It has complex configuration,changeable direction and difficult construction.O ne section of the river crossing bridge is a 153 m span steel box girder structure with an included angle of only 30°across Suzhou River.According to the conditions of many restrictions such as surrounding traffic,construction land,channel traffic,etc.,and based on the repeated research and simulation analysis,a set of cantilever assembly technology suitable for the barrier-free hoisting construction of large steel structure is put forward,which effectively achieves the construction goals of no interruption of traffic,no interruption of navigation channel and one-time successful installation,and provides a n e w idea for the innovation of bridge construction technology.
