摘  要:以磷酸和环氧丙烷为原料直接合成反应型阻燃剂--三(2-羟丙基)磷酸酯。最佳反应条件为:n(H3P04):n(环氧丙烷)=1.0:4.2,反应温度85t,反应时间为4h。测试了产品的理化性质。采用红外对其结构进行了表征。热重分析表明,温度600t时,三(2-羟丙基)磷酸酯的残炭率为16.66%,其穗定性符合材料加工要求,阻燃性能优良。Tris(2-hydroxypropyl)phosphate,a reactive flame retardant,was synthesized by using phosphoric acid and propylene oxide directly.The optimal conditions were as follows:n(phosphoric acid):n(propylene oxide)=1.0:4.2,reaction temperature 85 Xi,reaction time 4 h.The physical and chemical properties of the product were tested.Its structure was characterized by FTIR.The thermogravimetric analysis revealed that carbon yield of tris(2-hydroxypropyl)phosphate was 16.66% at 600℃,the final product was proved to have an excellent flame retardant performance and its stability was found to meet the material processing requirements.
