摘　　要：研究对比了不同哑光母料配方、不同粒径二氧化硅以及母料添加量对薄膜哑光性能的影响。结果表明中心粒径为3μm二氧化硅具有优异的哑光效果,且汕头贝斯特采用双螺杆共混造粒的方法制备的高含量二氧化硅哑光母料可制备多级别差异化BOPET哑光薄膜,具有高雾度,低光泽度,哑光效果均勾的特点。We study the effects of the formula of matte masterbatch,particle size of silica and the amount of masterbatch added on matte properties of films.The results show that the center particle size of 3|xm silica has an excellent matte effect,and the high content silica matte masterbatch prepared by Shantou Best can produce multi-level matte BOPET films with the characteristics of high haze,low gloss and uniform matte effect.
