滋肝汤治疗肝源性发热临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肝汤治疗肝源性发热的临床疗效。方法:选取肝源性发热患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各50例。两组患者均给予保肝、降酶及对症治疗,对照组予吲哚美辛栓直肠给药治疗,治疗组给予滋肝汤口服治疗。两组均治疗1个月,比较分析两组患者体温恢复正常时间、治疗前后体温变化情况、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:治疗组体温恢复正常时间短于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组体温降低幅度优于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照组总有效率78.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:滋肝汤治疗肝源性发热临床疗效显著,安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zigan decoction on hepatogenic fever.Methods:100 cases of selected patients with hepatogenic fever were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by liver-protection,enzyme-reduction and symptomatic therapy.The control group was treated with rectally administered indometacin suppositories,while the treatment group was treated with oral Zigan decoction.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Recovery time of normal body-temperature,change of body-temperature before and after treatment,clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed in patients of two groups.Results:After treatment in traetment group,the recovery time of normal body-temperature was shorter than in control group(P﹤0.05);the reducing amplitude of body temperature was better than in control group(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.0%,while the total effective rate of control group was 78.0%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in patients of both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zigan decoction on hepatogenic fever is significant and with good safety.
