摘　　要：气道重塑是哮喘病理生理的重要特征,也是哮喘难以根治的重要原因。研究表明维生素D水平与哮喘的发生发展相关,补充维生素D有益于哮喘症状的控制。维生素D有望成为治疗哮喘及重症哮喘的新选择。Airway remodeling is not only an important pathophysiological feature of asthma,but also an important reason why asthma is difficult to cure.Studies have indicated that the level of vitamin D is related to the development of asthma.Vitamin D supplementation has positive effects in controlling the asthmatic symptoms.Vitamin D is expected to be a new treatment for asthma and severe asthma.
