摘  要:通过田间试验,采用3因素5水平二次回归正交旋转组合设计,建立了相应的数学模型。结果表明,氮磷钾肥对产量的影响表现为氮>钾>磷,互作效应对产量的影响表现为氮磷>磷钾>氮钾;氮磷钾肥对可溶性糖含量的影响表现为磷>钾>氮。互作效应对可溶性糖含量的影响表现为氮磷>氮钾>磷钾;对糖酸比的影响表现为磷>钾>氮,当氮磷钾肥施用量分别为51、63和72 g/株时,果实品质最好;氮磷钾肥施用量分别为75、63和48 g/株时,果实单株产量达最大为4.58 kg/株。The effects of N,P,K on the yield and quality of the grape were investigated by using orthogonal quadratic rotatory regression and field experiment,and the mathematical models were established.The results showed that the influence order of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium on the yield of grape was N>K>P,and the interactive effects on the yield of grape was NP>PK>NK.To the soluble sugar content,the impact orders were N>K>P,and the interactive effect order was NP>NK>PK.To the sugar/acid,the impact orders were P>K>N,grape could achieve the best quality as the usage amount of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium were 51,63 and 72 g per plant,respectively,and grape production could achieve the high yield as the concentrations of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium were 75,63 and 48 g per plant,respectively.
