摘  要:[目的]研究青钱柳叶片中总黄酮的提取方法。[方法]通过超声波辅助水醇提取法提取总黄酮,以乙醇浓度、料液比、超声波功率密度、提取时间为考察因素,以得到的总黄酮含量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,研究青钱柳叶片中总黄酮的最佳提取条件。[结果]提取青钱柳叶子中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶80(g∶mL)、超声波功率密度为50%、提取时间40 min,在此条件下总黄酮提取率为2.95%。[结论]该研究为工业生产提取总黄酮提供了参考依据。[Objective]The research aimed to study the extraction method of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves.[Method]The total flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted hydroalcoholic extraction method,taking ethanol concentration,material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power density and extraction time as factors,and using the obtained total flavonoids as an index,an orthogonal test was performed on the basis of the single factor test to study the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves.[Result]The optimal extraction conditions for total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves were:ethanol concentration of 70%,material-liquid ratio of 1∶80,ultrasonic power density of 50%,and extraction time of 40 minutes.Under these conditions,the total flavonoid extraction rate was 2.95%.[Conclusion]The research provides a reference for extracting total flavonoids for industrial production.
