摘 要:工业废渣替代水泥时,其替代率相对较小,为了大量使用工业废渣,本文采用常见的工业废渣粉(煤灰、锂渣和钢渣)替代砂浆中的细集料,探究工业废渣种类和替代率对砂浆力学和水化性能的影响。试验结果发现,砂浆的抗折/抗压强度在替代率分别为30%/30%(煤灰)、30%/30%(锂渣)和100%/70%(钢渣)时达到最高,比纯水泥砂浆分别高94.24%/82.56%、34.19%/36.20%和59.97%/40.84%。同时,适量的粉煤灰、锂渣和钢渣替代砂浆细集料后,也能提高砂浆的峰值应力和外载做功,增强砂浆的密实性。4种浆体的水化产物主要以CH、CSH和未水化颗粒为主,但未水化颗粒的种类和含量、CH和CSH的含量不同。对比发现,锂渣、粉煤灰和钢渣替代砂时的最佳用量是替代水泥时的3倍、4.5倍和15倍。因此,工业废渣替代砂浆细集料制备砂浆的方法是可行的,同时也为工业废渣在混凝土行业中的大量使用提供新思路。The replacement ratio is small when mineral admixture replaced cement,in order to use a lot of mineral admixture,the paper adopts lithium slag,fly ash and steel slag replaced fine aggregate of mortar to the effect of admixture types and replacement ratio on the influence of mechanical properties and hydration products of mortar.Experimental results show that flexural strength of mortar reach the highest in the replacement rate is 30%,30%and 100%,it is higher for 94.24%,34.19%and 59.97%than pure cement mortar,respectively.Compressive strength of mortar reach the highest in the replacement rate is 30%,30%and 70%,it is higher for 82.56%,36.20%and 40.84%than lithium slag mortar,respectively.Peak stress and ratio of external load doing work of cement-lithium slag mortar and cement-steel slag mortar were higher than that of cement mortar.But cement-fly ash mortar is different,Peak stress and ratio of external load doing work were 1.27 and 1.14 times than that of cement mortar when replacement rate was 30~50%.Hence,Peak stress and ratio of external load doing work were 85.76%and 75.57%than that of cement mortar when replacement rate was 70~100%.In addition,There is also similar to external load doing work are studied.So the amount of fly ash,lithium slag and steel slag replace fine aggregate of mortar,which can also improve the peak stress and external load of work,enhance the density of mortar.Hydration products mainly are CH,CSH and unhydration particles of cement paste,cement-fly ash paste,cement-lithium slag paste and cement-steel slag paste,but it is different of the kinds of unhydration particles and content,and the content of CH and CSH is different,All the above,the best dosage of lithium slag,fly ash and steel slag replace standard sand are 3,4.5 and 15 times than they replace cement.The research conclusions can provide a new way to use three kinds of mineral admixtures in concrete industry.
