云南省禄丰县农村饮水安全调查及对策研究

摘　　要：通过实地调查,对云南禄丰县农村饮水状况进行分类梳理和总结。结果显示,经过近10年的农村饮水工程建设,禄丰县农村饮水安全具有较好的保障,但是由于制度缺失、工程建设难度大、水源缺乏等原因,目前个别地区、个别贫困户还存在饮水安全问题。针对问题,提出了完善农村饮水安全工程运行管理制度、多种模式的管理机制、实施合理水价、重点保障老病残用水安全等对策。Based on the inveatigation situation of rural drinking water safety in Lufeng County,Yunnan Province,the existing problems of rural drinking water safety in Lufeng County were summarized.The results show that,After nearly 10 years of construction of rural drinking water projects,the rural drinking water safety has been well guaranteed in Lufeng County,but due to the lack of system,construction difficulties,water shortage and other reasons,there are still drinking water safety problems in individual areas and individual poor households.To solve these problems,some countermeasures are put forward,such as perfecting the operation and management system of rural drinking water safety projects,managing mechanism of various modes,implementing reasonable water price,and emphatically ensuring the drinking water safety of old and sick and disabled pepole.
