摘　　要：通过介绍供水管理、需水管理、水资源综合管理、水资源适应性管理以及水治理各自特点和存在的问题,梳理了国际上水资源管理的变化历程。总结了水资源管理呈现出综合性、整体性和不确定性的特征和趋势,归纳了国际学术界对良好水资源管理的一些共识。From the development of water supply management,water demand management,integrated water resources management,adaptive water management,and water governance,the changing process water resources management abroad was analyzed preliminarily.The trends and characteristics of water resources management showed comprehensiveness,holistic nature and considering uncertainties to confront increasing complex and uncertain couple water systems.The common components of good water resources management recognized by international academic community were also proposed.
