摘　　要：通过对区域收入差异内涵的重新认识及信息鸿沟本质的全面审视,并引入采用信息社会4C模型、加权标准差指数、相对差异系数及灰色相对关联度分析,以GIS分级设色法为支撑,从省级地域单元的空间尺度对中国区域信息鸿沟和区域收入进行差异测度和空间可视化对照研究,揭示了中国区域信息鸿沟与区域收入差异的演变趋势,以及信息鸿沟对区域收入差异的影响系数。研究认为,中国区域收入差异及ICT指数整体表现为增长趋势,区域间信息鸿沟相对差异在逐渐减小,区域收入呈现相对差异系数先减后增态势,绝对差异逐渐增大,并且随着空间区位的变化,东中西部差异呈现扩大化趋势。当前应该更多地着眼于民众网络使用能力的培养及网络内容应用的优化与精准定位。Through the re-understanding of the connotation of regional income disparity and the comprehensive review of the essence of the information gap,the paper introduces 4C model of information society,weighted standard deviation index,relative difference coefficient and gray relational degree analysis.To support GIS grading method,from the spatial scale of provincial unit,Information gap and regional income,and reveal the evolution trend of regional information gap and regional income gap in China and the influence coefficient of information gap on regional income disparity.According to the study,China’s regional income difference and ICT index show an overall growth trend,and the relative difference in inter-regional information gap is gradually decreasing.The regional income shows a relative difference coefficient,which is firstly reduced and then increased.The absolute difference gradually increases,and with the spatial location.The change in the eastern,central and western regions showed a trend of expansion.It should be more focused on the ability to train people to use the network and the optimization of network content applications and precise positioning.
