摘  要:短期水电系统的发电优化调度是非线性离散优化问题。随着水电系统规模的增大,该问题的求解也变得更加困难。结合考虑约束条件的优先级别,建立了适应弃水量最小、发电效益/电量最大、调峰电量最大和发电趋势吻合4个调度目标的数学模型,采用分级求解结合局部搜索的方法解决大规模水电系统短期联合优化调度问题。通过在包含45个水库的水电系统优化调度中的应用,并比较不同目标下优化结果的差异,结果表明了上述模型和方法的有效性。Short-term optimal scheduling of hydropower systems is a nonlinear discrete optimization problem,which becomes more difficult to solve for larger-scale hydropower systems.Prioritizing constraints,this paper formulates a mathematical model adaptable to four scheduling objectives:to minimize spillage,to maximize energy production/profit and peak-shaving energy,and to synchronize hydropower generation with power demand.The model is solved with a hierarchical procedure along with a local searching strategy.It is efficient in solving short-term joint optimal scheduling problems of large-scale hydropower systems.In application to optimal scheduling of a hydropower system involving 45 reservoirs,the results with the four objectives are compared,showing effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
