摘 要:针对链式静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)导致变压器直流偏磁的问题,研究了其机理和抑制策略。提出STATCOM调制指令中的动态偏置是导致STATCOM输出电流含直流分量主要因素,级联逆变单元硬件电路引入的静态偏置为次要因素。两种因素导致STATCOM输出含直流分量的电流,进而导致变压器直流偏磁。为此,提出STATCOM调制指令动态偏置自动校正为主、逆变单元静态偏置手动校正为辅的偏磁抑制策略,并通过STATCOM控制器硬件在环的RTDS(real time digital simulator)仿真试验,验证了抑制策略的有效性,且普遍应用于多个不同工程现场的STATCOM。现场试验和长期运行数据表明,变压器的偏磁得到有效抑制的同时,STATCOM自身的可靠性也得到了大幅提升。This paper addresses the issue of transformer magnetic bias caused by cascade static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)and studies generation mechanism and mitigation strategy.The dynamic bias of modulation instruction of STATCOM controller is the main factor generating DC component of STATCOM output current,and the static bias caused by the hardware circuit of cascaded inverters is the secondary factor.The DC current injected from STATCOM causes transformer DC magnetic bias.In order to mitigate the DC current,this paper proposes to automatically mitigate the dynamic bias of the modulation instruction and manually adjust the static bias caused by the cascade inverters.The proposed mitigation strategy is verified by hardware-inloop(HIL)experiments using real time digital simulator(RTDS)and STATCOM control system.The mitigation strategy is widely applied to multiple STATCOMs in practice.Field tests and the associated operation data collected over a long period of time indicate that not only the transformer magnetic bias is effectively mitigated,but also reliability of the STATCOM itself is increased significantly.
