摘  要:运行情况表明,在单向风或一定地形条件下,支柱绝缘子表面污秽呈现迎背风不均匀分布进而影响其闪络特性,但国内外对此研究甚少。以典型支柱绝缘子为例,对其开展了迎背风不均匀染污下的直流污闪试验,分析了迎背风不均匀污秽对闪络电压和闪络过程的影响,仿真分析其表面泄漏电流密度,最后对闪络电压进行了校正。研究结果表明:与均匀污秽相比,支柱绝缘子迎背风不均匀污秽下的直流闪络电压Uave会降低;降低程度与迎/背风面盐密比m和背风面面积占比k都有关系,且m对Uave的影响程度大于k;迎/背风不均匀污秽和盐密(salt deposit density,SDD)对支柱绝缘子直流污闪电压的影响是相互独立的;局部放电和电弧大多产生在背风面,并且背风面的小伞下表面更容易产生局部电弧;迎背风不均匀污秽下支柱绝缘子闪络电压校正满足U=a SDD^-b[1+c×logm]关系,c值在0.12~0.22之间且与k值有关。Under unidirectional wind or certain landform,the surface of post insulator is non-uniformly polluted between windward and leeward sides,and thus its flashover characteristics is affected.On this issue there is little research yet at home and abroad.In this paper,a typical post insulator was taken as an example to test the DC flashover characteristics under this kind of non-uniform pollution.The influence of the non-uniform pollution on flashover voltage and flashover process was analyzed.The leakage current density on the insulator surface was simulated and then the flashover voltage was corrected.Research results indicate that flashover voltage(Uave)was reduced because of this kind of non-uniform pollution.The reduction degree was related to salt density ratio m of windward side to leeward side and the area proportion of leeward side k.The effect of m on Uave was greater than that of k.The influence of non-uniform pollution and salt deposit density(SDD)on DC flashover voltage of post insulators was independent of each other.Partial discharge and arc were mostly generated at leeward side,and partial arc was more likely generated on the bottom surface of small sheds at leeward side.The correction of flashover voltage could be expressed as U=a SDD^-b[1+c×logm],and coefficient c was between 0.12 and 0.22 and related to k.
