摘 要:线路避雷器与线路绝缘子彼此独立设计与生产,现场组装,存在安装复杂、综合成本高、安全风险点多等应用不足,将避雷器与绝缘子集成一体化设计是一种解决方案。提出并研制了一种10 kV和35 kV线路用新型结构内置金属氧化物压敏电阻悬式复合绝缘子,研究确定了技术参数,设计定型结构形式为2个压敏电阻子单元分置两端、中间设置绝缘支柱间隙,并针对关键组件间相互干扰的特点,提出了组合干扰试验项目和方法,联合避雷器和绝缘子现行技术标准规定试验项目,试验验证了装置功能有效、性能稳定、运行安全。研制的装置已挂网试用,运行状态良好。Line arresters and line insulators are designed and manufactured independently from each other,and assembled on site.There are deficiencies in their applications such as complicated installation,high comprehensive cost,and many safety risks.Integrated design of arrester and insulator is a solution for these deficiencies.In this paper,a new type of suspension composite insulator with built-in metal-oxide varistors for 10 kV and 35 kV lines is proposed and developed.Its technical parameters are studied and determined,the structural form is designed such that two varistor subunits are disposed at both ends of the insulator,and an insulator gap is disposed in the middle.For the characteristics of mutual interference between key components,a combined interference test scheme and method are proposed,and the test items of current technical standards of lightning arrester and insulator are combined.The test verified that the devices have effective functions,stable performance and safe operation.The devices developed in this paper are applied to the lines with good operation record.
