摘　　要：为指导混合式断路器中真空开关与IGBT的智能配合策略,并提升IGBT的短脉冲开断裕量,对中压混合式直流断路器中真空短间隙的介质恢复特性进行了研究。分析了零电压型中压混合式直流断路器的工作原理,得到IGBT承担电流的时间取决于真空短间隙介质恢复特性的结论,采用等效实验方式搭建了真空短间隙介质恢复特性试验电路,利用脉冲电压测试电流转移完成后真空短间隙的介质恢复特性,研究了开距、电流幅值、电流下降率对真空介质恢复特性的影响。试验结果表明:在电流小于4 kA时,真空短间隙平均介质恢复速度主要由开距和电流下降率决定,并通过数据处理得到了真空短间隙的介质恢复特性的数学描述,为1.5~10 kV电压等级的中压混合式直流断路器快速可靠开断提供设计依据。The dielectric recovery characteristics(DRC)of short vacuum gap in medium-voltage hybrid DC circuit breaker(CB)is used to guide intelligent control and enhance surge current capacity of IGBT.In this paper,the principle of zero-voltage hybrid DC circuit breaker is analyzed,showing that the time for current passing IGBT depends on the DRC of short vacuum gap.A test circuit of the DRC is set up and the DRC is tested with pulsed high voltage under free recovery condition.The influence of gap distance,current amplitude and the descent rate of the current on DRC are investigated.Test results indicate that when the current is less than 4 kA,the average recovery speed of vacuum dielectric mainly depends on the gap distance and the descent rate of the current.A mathematical description of the recovery characteristics of short vacuum gap dielectric based on the test data is proposed,providing the basis for design of 1.5kV-10kV fast hybrid DC CBs.
