某院普外科处方前置审核情况分析

摘　　要：目的 分析某院普外科处方前置审核系统发现的处方问题,促进用药安全。方法 对2019年4-9月普外科处方前置审核系统干预的不合理处方以及人工审核情况进行统计分析。结果 2019年4-9月处方审核系统警示出4级及以上处方259 963张,主要以"适应证不符"最为突出,占系统4级以上警示处方的61.95%。人工审核打回处方601张,占4级及以上警示处方的0.23%,其中"必须修改"的处方371张,占打回处方的61.73%。结论 处方前置审核系统有效提高用药安全,系统仍需不断升级改进。Objective To analyze the prescription problems found in the prescription pre-checking system of General surgery in a hospital,to promote rational drug use.Method The results of irrational prescription intervention in inpatient and the date of manual review from April to September 2019 are statistically analyzed.Results From April to September 2019,259 963 prescriptions of grade 4 and above were warned by the prescription audit system,with "indications inconsistent" being the most prominent,accounting for 61.95% of the warning prescriptions of grade 4 and above.601 prescriptions were returned after manual review,accounting for 0.23% of the warning prescriptions of level 4 and above,among which 371 prescriptions were "must be modified",accounting for 61.73% of the returned prescriptions.Conclusion The pre-prescription review system can effectively improve drug safety,and the system still needs to be improved.
