摘 要:针对硬岩掘进机(TBM)工作过程中产生的强振动会改变空间管道动态特性的问题,基于流固耦合理论和有限元方法建立基础振动下空间管道的双向流固耦合仿真模型,并通过实验验证仿真模型的正确性。对有无基础振动下空间管道的动态特性进行对比分析;研究不同振动参数和结构参数对空间管道动态特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着基础振动频率增大,管道最大应力和出口压力波动幅值先增大后减小;随着基础振动幅值增大,管道最大应力和出口压力波动幅值均增大;随着管道曲率半径和中间直管长度增大,管道最大应力逐渐增大;随着管道内径增大,管道最大应力逐渐减小。Aiming at the problem that the strong vibration generated during the working process of the tunnel boring machine(TBM)can change the dynamic characteristics of the space pipeline,a bidirectional fluid-solid interaction simulation model of the space pipeline with basic vibration was established based on the fluid-solid interaction theory and the finite element method,and the correctness of the simulation model was verified by experiments.The dynamic characteristics of the space pipeline with or without foundation vibration were compared and analyzed.The influence of different vibration parameters and structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of space pipelines was studied.The results show that with the increase of the fundamental vibration frequency,the maximum stress and outlet pressure fluctuation amplitudes of the pipeline first increase and then decrease.As the amplitude of the base vibration increases,the maximum stress and outlet pressure fluctuation amplitudes of the pipeline increase.As the radius of curvature of the pipe and the length of intermediate straight pipe increase,the maximum stress of pipeline gradually increases.As the inner diameter of the pipe increases,the maximum stress of the pipe gradually decreases.
