应用临床路径模式规范职业性爆震聋诊疗的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨职业性爆震聋诊断与治疗的临床路径管理模式。方法结合工作实践,遵循循证医学证据,在分析职业性爆震聋实施临床路径管理的必要性、科学性的基础上,探讨了职业病诊断机构在职业性爆震聋诊断工作中纯音气导听阈测试等关键诊断依据时效性、同质化、可比性、溯源性等较差的影响因素。结果对正确使用职业性爆震聋诊断标准和临床路径管理的关键要素进行了说明,采取适宜的职业性爆震聋临床路径管理模式对爆震聋患者进行规范化的诊断治疗,对保证职业性爆震聋诊断结果的准确性、可靠性、可比性和可溯源进行了探讨。结论提出的职业性爆震聋临床路径和职业性爆震聋临床路径表单,有助于完善和提高职业性爆震聋诊断与治疗质量。Objective To explore the clinical pathway management model in the diagnosis and treatment of occupational explosive deafness.Methods Combining with working practice and following the evidence-based medical evidence,based on the analysis of the necessity and scientificity of clinical pathway management model implemented in occupational explosive deafness,this paper explores the influence factors of the timeliness,homogenization,comparability and poor traceability of key diagnostic bases such as pure tone audiometry in the diagnosis of occupational explosive deafness by occupational disease diagnostic institutions.Results The key elements of the correct usage of diagnostic criteria of occupational explosive deafness and clinical pathway management were explained.The appropriate clinical pathway management model was adopted to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of patients with occupational explosive deafness,ensuring the accuracy,reliability,comparability and traceability of the diagnosis results of occupational explosive deafness.Conclusion The proposed clinical pathway and clinical pathway form are helpful to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of occupational explosive deafness.
