摘　　要：铁路工务大修指的就是对铁路线路的施工和对线路安全的维护,直接决定了铁路线路能否正常安全的运作,由此可见,铁路工务大修施工是极为重要的。在任何一项工程的施工过程中,管理都是重中之重,是关乎着施工进度和工程质量的关键点所在。在铁路工务大修的施工阶段,施工任务较重,且工期较紧,需要在较短的时间内完成,且施工场所的人员流动量巨大,从而导致各种安全问题的出现,这就需要安全管理的介入。本文围绕就铁路工务大修施工中的安全管理策略进行研究。The railway engineering overhaul refers to the construction of railway lines and the maintenance of line safety,which directly determines whether the railway lines can operate normally and safely.It can be seen that the construction of railway engineering overhaul is extremely important.Management is a top priority in the construction of any project and is a key point in the construction schedule and quality of the project.In the construction phase of railway engineering overhaul,the construction tasks are heavier,the construction period is tight,and it needs to be completed in a short period of time,and the flow of personnel in the construction site is huge,which leads to various safety problems,which requires safety management.Intervention.This paper focuses on the research on safety management strategies in the construction of railway engineering overhaul.
